Started levelling my ranger now at lvl10 and straight away noticing a huge difference, range can actually damage and do in close combat quiet well having access to daggers, swords, greatswords, horns, torches.

Ele i found is best used in support standing at the back, that works well, it also isn’t too bad in PVE or WvW until you have close combat, then you’ll be carved up most times.

Ele needs a weapon swap or damage boost to air, water and earth. Even if it has a 3 second cool down between weapon swaps. eg. staff to daggers. It really needs it it’s simply too weak. or atleast increase the damage.

Simple as that.

And i should mention i’ve been running my ele with D/D as i found it the most fun, but the staff in support is the most powerful.

We’ve all astibilished that the elementalist is a bit weak but there’s no reason for you to make a thread telling everyone that you’re re-rolling. I have an 80 ele and I wouldn’t see myself playing any other class. Adapting to the environment is the most fun in WvWvW. They do need a slight buff but it’s not as bad as people are saying.

And there is no need you coming in trolling my thread either, some people. That’s why i added a few suggestions to help benefit the Ele class but trolls can’t see.

The more people say it, the more likely it will be considered. It’s sad that I can do a lot better in PvP on a new level 1 char and spam random skills than I can on my level 80 Ele that I’m much more familiar with.

“meta” this, “meta” that. Please stop saying the word “meta”.
