The loss of Evasive Arcana isn’t so bad if party members have lots of blast finishers and know how to use them.

So which classes actually run short cooldown blast finishers?

My wife doesn’t on her guardian. (Doesn’t like hammer.)

Necros aren’t going to — they’re down to bone minions, which might not live in dungeons long enough to be detonated.

Scepter elementalists actually do.

But that seems to be about it.

Thieves have cluster bomb on initiative cost and no CD.

Engineers and warriors both have a few.

Guardian hammer is probably the easiest way really though.

If we have a guardian or warrior tanking we can still stack 2 finishers on them….good bye reactionary healing though :/

Guardian hammer is really the only fast, reliable, short cool down blast finisher in the game of which I am aware.

bow warrior can do it every 10 sec.

Real problem with other peoples blast finishers is that they´re not worth wasting on healing. Damage they offer is more useful, and to have both you need to be on mobs again, aka you need tank.

You can run dungeons with the same people you did before.

Problem w/ the guardian hammer idea — she’ll be putting her own combo fields down, so she’s just as likely to cause Retaliation as a heal.

Not that Retaliation is a BAD thing …
