As the title asks, what stats should the Ele staff players be aiming for? Speaking in terms of open world PvE and low tier fractals. I ask because the staff seems like a mix bag of condi in some attunes and then power on other attunes. Which leaves me asking.

So should I shoot for a Vipers set or Marauders. I say Marauders, because no matter what I always get my ass kicked in HoT maps and would like to sacrifice SOME dps for more HP pool lol

Full zerk is the best choice. If staying alive is an issue, you can consider running some Marauder parts. Condi is pretty much useless on staff, not enough damaging conditions to make it worthwhile.
