Staff help
That’s pretty much the standard (although I think you meant to put in blasting staff instead of renewing stamina).
The gear is kind of odd… but not so far off as to be considered irregular. I would still probably go with 2x Rune of Water for 10% more boon duration instead of 20% in might only.
Other than that, looks pretty standard.

Here is my modified version of your build, re-spec’d in Fire Magic and adding Precision Food/Infusion.
Air training is a very very bad idea. The main DPS source of staff should come from Fire Attunement. Cleansing Water is not needed, unless you want to buff your zerg. Just slot an extra Cleansing Flame if you face a condi-heavy situation. Cleansing Flame can be swapped to Signet of Fire for more crit chances and dodge. Lightning Flash + FGS is the best combo for single target/or blob nuking, and also your escape tools. Water field + Blast combo should heal 70-80% of your HP, so always keep both blast finishers. Stacking Swiftness before fight to proc Bountiful Power.
