[Suggestion] Quality of Life Scepter Changes
Bad Elementalist
FIRE
- faster auto attack casting time;
- faster dragon tooth; maybe reduce damage and increase cd
WATER
- add vulnerability x3 to auto attack
- shatterstone: add chill or blast or stun
- trident: increase base healing reduce scaling
AIR
- faster auto attack; less ticks more spike damage
- blinding flash: make it little aoe 3 targets
EARTH:
- faster auto attack
- rework dust devil: give damage or cc OR complete new spell with a mobility skill, maybe a backside leap
FIRE
- Auto attack: A little more DMG, same attack speed
- Dragons Tooth needs to be faster or hit like a truck -no more DT tanking- , CD could be changed depending on what Devs prefer
WATER
- Shatter-stone needs to be worth to cast -I completely ignore it-, but because it is on a defensive line I wouldn’t improve its damage. I would love if it could deep-freeze chilled opponents -, but it may be difficult to combo as it already needs to be aimed. Another option would be to give weakness instead of vulnerability.
- Trident needs to heal more, I like Xuns idea of better base worse scaling
Air:
- Faster auto is a no brainer
Earth
- Autos could be faster
- I like Rock Barriers Concept: you have a passive defensive skill which you “sacrifice” for a burst dmg and lets you more vulnerable. The thing is that the “burst” part is not real, and most of the time you leave it there. I would love to see ir as a choice, more dmg or maybe even better: bleed application should be nice. I would also increase its “duration” to 40secs and its CD to 20-25 to make it more meaningful.

Maybe stun chilled opponents? I think it did that back in gw1. But well, Shatterstone was an elite skill back then.
I haven’t used scepter since they made Dragon’s Tooth ground-targeted. I hated that change so I stopped using it. I still remember the moment I realized this, my scepter flew to the nearest Mordrem in SW, and I’ve been on staff ever since.

Fire:
Decrease channel to 1sec. Decrease direct damage 20% if needed.
Decrease cast time of dragon tooth to 1/2
Water:
Add vulnerability to auto attack.
Increase trident radius.
Air:
Auto: Make it a normal 1/2 cast lightning and average damage.
Earth:
Make it a normal 1/2 cast 3 shot attack chain with poision on the third not bleed.
Make dust devil instant cast.
