Thank you Anet for the recent changes to the elementalist. The profession has much more build variety than before. With that said, here are some suggestions:

1. Make ground targeting an option. For example, Blink should just blink you forward whatever direction you are facing, but if you want to use ground targeting, let it be an option that can be selected by right clicking on the skill. That way all players can play the way they want to play.

2. Dagger 3, Earth: just make this a leap please. Get rid of the “throw a rock” step. This skill is too slow and bugged, just simplify it. Keep it simple, make it a leap that immobilizes.

3. Let us swap weapons. Keep the attunements as they are. It is irritating to continually run around with my inventory open so I can switch between staff and d/d. Engineer should be able to weapon swap too.

4. You decreased the cooldowns on some skills, just do the same for all utility skills, such as catrips. Using traits to reduce cooldown times is a waste. Just make the cooldowns lower and make the traits more meaningful. It seems you are doing this with the shouts! Now please do it with the rest of the utility skills.

5. Undo Tornado Nerf. Make the Tornado a Sharknado! Lol!

1. You can enable a max range option that locks targeting circles at max range, which makes blink behave pretty much like you said.

2. Yes please, the projectile doesn’t hit 50% of the time anyway even when you’re in range and on normal ground with the enemy not dodging.

3. Out of combat, would be nice. In combat, no. Also would have to be deactivated for (un)ranked pvp and maybe some other stages – that’s probably why we’ll never get it.

4. Mistform could really use a lower CD it’s so bad now. The other cantrips are fine IMHO. Basically ALL other utilities need buffs and/or CD drops to actually make them have a chance of ever seeing use in pvp.

5. Tornado IMHO shouldn’t even be a shapeshift, but something you place in the world, that maybe always moves slowing in your direction?
