Because eles lack condition removal? Not going to be worth giving up the powerful effects and stats of pack/hoelbrak/strength runes.

Yes it will. A bizzare carrion burn spam D/D build could also probably make it work with krait runes too.

If you use more than one shout though with the shout trait, and if the shout trait is buffed to give cooldown reduction for shouts, then I feel that trooper runes would be all around better since it let’s yoy cure condis for your team better than base Ele can, which is saying something.

Was saying for when you get chilled and chained and get interrupted on your rotation, rebound will now free you and replenish your boons.
