Why, nothing has changed?
The sigil work on swap attunement.
I like the Elementalist class, but i stopped playing it becouse the build is always the same:
Build D/D Celestial 0/0/2/6/6 or 0/2/0/6/6 rune of strenght, same thing with the Staff (more or less)
This rune (Superior Rune of the Warrior) in the Elementalist class can change a bit the way to play it.

Hello, While it would be cool to have decreased cooldowns on our attunement swap, it would ruin the synergy with evasive arcana and could make our regen and protection uptime too good with elemental attunement.

It’s already too good.

its good in pvp where much of the fighting is onpoint. However it is pretty balanced as far as roaming/duels go for d/d ele because of how easy it is to outrange us. Normal dps builds would never take the elemental shielding trait. Regen and protection on ele is only good because we can build for defense and still have good damage.

If that rune works with attunement that not too bad for the stander builds when it comes to d/d 7 sec cd on attunement swamping should mean you have nearly 100% up-time of all the boons on swap.
