I am curious, lets say you have 3 eles running this rune and then you use “eye of the storm” will it proc the heal for all 3 eles if they all break out of a stun?

I guess that question is never going to be answered for sure. From a theoretical point of view the heal should proc for all of them.

In order to reacreate and test that question, it would need 3 players running that rune (and I dont think anyone uses it), all of them would have to be stunned at the same time, only one of them would have to use a group stunbreak, they should not have any regeneration or soothing mist on them (or another passive healer nearby) to avoid messing up with the result. And then you are going to find out that the heal is so pathetic that it was not worth that effort….

This wouldn’t be the most difficult to test. Custom arena with an aoe stun like Static Field and then have the players run into it. The one with EotS should be last.

The heal is so pitiful, even Dolyak rune gives you more heal over the duration of your EoTS cooldown.
