Anyone else agree? Focus is a bit lack luster right now due to zero mobility. This would make the weapon a little more viable in both sPVP and WvW. Just a personal opinion…

There have been threads and threads and threads about focus being sub-par and tons of good suggestions about how to improve it over the past 18months, but apparently quaggan backpacks were more important.

But yes, focus needs swiftness for QoL reasons, and air #4 seems like the best candidate.

honestly SW should just reflect projectiles like the NPCs use on Legacy of the Foefire.

from a coding standpoint that shouldn’t be hard considering it’s already in the game but only used by NPCs and balance wise it would make offhand focus even stronger in pve/wvw.

i think that might be considered a bit op since it’s an AOE. Earth 4 reflects projectiles already so rangers would probably complain.

Wouldnt want it to reflect projectiles. Projectile reflection works on the borders of the field, like the mesmer Feedback. Swirling Winds destroys projectiles fired inside the area too. Much better, considering that we have reflect on earth4.

I would agree with the swiftness or the lightning field though. Its a shame that there is only 2 sources available for that combo field. (though if we get a third one and thats still only on the elementalist, that might be an issue somehow? It would be nice for engineers too for a single skill i guess)

I think it should apply weakness to enemies that wander in it
