These values assume 30 points in the Arcana trait line for the Boon duration (affects Healing Rain and Glyph of Elemental Harmony regen amounts due to increased duration). The reason I assume 30 in Arcana is because pretty much every worthwhile spec runs at minimum 20 and typically 30 points in the tree (three cheers for bad class design right there). It should also be noted that increasing boon duration or regeneration duration further via Runes of the Water/Monk/Dwayna increase the value on Heals based solely on regeneration such as Healing Rain and the Water attuned portion of Glyph of Elemental Harmony. The modifiers don’t change so the ticks remain the same, but those spells calculate their total heal for the tooltip based on how many ticks of Regeneration you will be receiving.

Healing Rain is supposed to be 4 “stacks” of Regen but only gives 3 because the Field lasts a whopping 6 seconds (roughly) instead of the 9 the tooltip states; this results in all Healing Rains doing ~75% of what it should be doing (barring you actually can sit in the field for the duration). If someone wants to throw in the coefficient for Trident and Water Blast I can edit the table later, but these are the only relevant ones for a Staff spec (because if you’re relying on Water Blast to heal you….you have issues).
