I found taunt ranger somehow very much OP, how about this? Can dd cele ele kill them easily?

Yes. Missile reflection is usually a pain for rangers. I kill them using focus quite easy.
But focus has two good defences with magnetic wave and swirling winds against rangers.
When using a staff you have magnetic aura. DD is a bit more tricky if hes good at kiting, but you have so good regeneration. Disengage and come back.

Ive never lost to the meta taunt ranger in 1v1 when playing d/d ele meta. You should be able to either force them to run or die trying to kill you. Learn their cc animations which can be dodged via reaction, they’re very easy to deal with when you can dodge entangle elite and longbow knock back by reacting to the skill animation.
