I maxed tempest and i am loving it.. but im having trouble deciding what runes i want to run
i almost want to run full zerker with trooper runes
thoughts?

I run runes of radiance. To be honestly, that’s mainly because of the shiny light aura… Trooper runes are probably the better.

Zerker + Trooper for a bit defence sounds good and might be one of the most used and solid options. It depends on weapons and playstyle.
Brilliance for aura builds might be nice. I might try nightmare for the condi duration.
Also traveler might be nice for some builds having 10% condi dur and 15% boon dur.

For pvp, I believe the best runes are soldier runes for cleanse or monk runes for the heals.

I am waiting for my first GM to be unlocked befor i fully dive into Tempest but as far as i can tell (with the reg on aura update working with the GM water) its going to be a very nice build for spvp and wvw (i am more of a wvw player).
I think there going to be 3 main builds the pt support mostly healing d/x or even staff tempest water earth. The “dmg” build d/x maybe staff (not sure if the staff will work well here) tempest fire air. The solo build d/x maybe s/x too tempest water air (all though you can replaces air with arcain but i do not think you will do enofe dmg to make it worth it freash air goes a long way for tempest dps and spike dmg).

I like to see if they added in or will added in the spvp type Crusader has made it into pve / wvw becuse that set would be godly on an tempest i think.

I played with Soldier runes and Crusader ammy in BWE3 hot joins and it was very fun. I can only imagine it being better now with Invigorating Torrents.

this is my build right now .. and i use trooper.. cant find it on the builder… it give me alot of aura up time alot of heal regen. and cleanse… feels kinda good lol

Trooper runes are called Soldier runes in pvp that’s probably why you’re not finding them on the builder.
