Guild Wars 2

So I got the tempest loop and it only gives a selection of 3 stat combinations. Assassin, Celestial, and Minstrel. Is this intentional? I feel like no.

As a pvper who fails at PvE and wants this skin so so so so so bad, tell me roughly what build you used to solo all the crazy kitten to unlock it. Thx.

Earth, fire, tempest.
Toughness, heal power, condition damage.
Res sig, air sig, fire sig, lightning flash and good ol’ fgs

i used earth fire tempest
full zerker
wash the pain away, eye of storm, glyph of storm (sandstorm is amazing), and earth ele elite

For real though. Anybody else wondering about this? I’ve submitted a report in-game, but no response so far. Do the other elite spec items only give a pick of 3?

Weren’t these stats offered for the Tempest Warhorn when we first unlock the elite specs? Maybe it’s just the “recommended” specs or something.

Wait… I got this randomly. What are the requirements to get this? I figured I just got it for finishing the tempest elite spec.

I’ve unlocked Tempest, Chronomancer, and Dragonhunter. All of them only had 3 or 4 choices (maybe just 3, not sure, but some other items have had 4).

Pretty sure it’s intentional. My Rev shield (you get upon unlocking your first point in Herald) has only 3 stat choices, and they are weird ones… Celestial and two more I forget.

Who gives a crap? It’s not like you’re actually equipping the shoulders. Did you go in there with rare shoulders and is this your first exotic schoulder? I’m hoping/assuming it’s not. The item is only there for the awesome skin. It serves no other purpose. It could have no stats at all and no one would bat an eye.

uh… No. I just wanted the skin and prefer to not have to buy new shoulders+rune just to transmute.. I don’t like transmuting gear back and forth. Seems like a waste of charges. That’s all.

All the weapons only come with 3 stat combos (two old ones and one new one, though different types depending on which elite spec it is). So yes, I assume its intentional that the shoulders are the same.
