Guild Wars 2

Are tempest any good at all? I never see anyone play them, both pvp and pve. Very rarely i do. Im asking because i might be making one soon.

In pve they’re pretty awesome in my opinion, but in PvP it’s a struggle at the moment. I’m not sure now is such a good time to get into it if you plan on pvping a lot since they’ve gotten nerfed pretty badly in this last patch.
