Tempest roaming build advice
With that gear, you could possibly go with boon duration, protection uptime d/f ele. You’ll have to make a few changes though, probably soldiers trinkets.
The way to go with ele roaming is Sc/F, maurader’s armour, zerkers/soldiers trinkets, or something along those lines. A decent health pool, and a lot of damage mitigation (mist, arcane shield, obsidian flesh) and lots of projectile hate (swirling winds, earth 4 on focus). Pack runes for fury uptime.

Here the durability rune is very powerful. Strengh rune is OK.
Condi removal might be a problem here so kill faster :-).
Of couse you can leave the trinkets as you have it, i personaly prefer earrings and backpack cele in all my ele builds.

many thanks for your replies! Will change backpack and two other pieces for the suggested celestial parts and test if survivability increases a bit. Regarding to the utilities I have to play a bit around to find a setup I’m confident with.
@ Wolfric: Really would like to know the reasons for “Feel the Burn!” and “Flash-Freeze!” over “Cleansing Fire” and “Aftershock!”. I guess the elite is strictly for mobility? In my oppinion “Rebound” is a bit .. special .. didn’t really got into using it the right way till now. ;-) Is “Ether Renewal” so much better than the healing signet?

I personaly run cleansing flame over lighning flash but i have a diffrent build that is condi heavy. Aftershock is a good choice replacing one of the other shouts. In that mobile build chill and criple helps kiting. FSG is for mobility. It helps catch or flee. Maybe FSG is better in my tanky build, because i can win fights with it while camping earth. It´s one of my favorite tactics to draw FSG and flee, if only one oponent keeps up i turn round with a leap on him when my CD´s are back and win this 1:1 nearly every time :-). (Or get Zerged …)
Eather renewal is your condi emergency. You disengage use it and come back. You can go for signet or wash the pain away but a condi bomb kills you without water traited. So you can flash away, heal and come back.
So this version would also work well. Offhand dagger would be an option here.

Incase you ever wanted to play D/D,
Protection + Food = 50% damage reduction, which is huge! Glass thief backstab is about 4k, which you can heal with a quick trip to water attune. It’s not as effective as it used to be, but I use it alot and it has very good 1v1 potential, and it’s great for outnumbered fights. Plenty of escape mechanisms.
Some things can be swapped out as and when needed. FGS > Rebound for duels, Signet > Ether Renewal incase there’s lots of condi’s about. Bloodlust > Cleansing incase condi builds are too effective against you.
Overall it’s pretty good stuff. If you have the gear I’d recommend trying it.
Edit: Food requires you to have 100 crystalline ore, which is from Dragon’s Stand noxious pods. May take you a while to get.
