To the community of elementalists who helped critique my videos in a constructive manner it helped me learn some things and also change my build around. I now have a new build which I am using and I am quite happy with the results so far, definitely more damage and less running around :P I will try make another video in better quality in a couple of weeks to keep you guys updated on how I am progressing.
