Hello folks, me, once again…this video just contains a single lengthy fight that I thought was a good showcase of knowing your limits and when you can and can’t push! Hopefully someone enjoys it or gains something from it!

Hey thanks for posting your video. I’ve come back to the game recently after a long break, but never played an elementalist.
I’ve noticed in a lot of your fights you go some time without really taking damage, or at least taking very little. Is it just that you’re in open world and people have other targets besides you? I’m only doing sPVP at the moment, but it just seems like my health melts really fast.

His playstyle won’t work in pvp because of the following reasons.

You can never build the damage he has in pvp. The damage pressure he puts on people is why he has windows where he isn’t being damaged because they are running or down already.

You can never win a pvp match where the objective is to win a point not just run around and hope for people to chase you the entire match.

You can actually see how I play it in PvP here https://youtu.be/avhWI1dGABo although it is defiantly sub optimal, and the opponents I face in the video aren’t the best example as all the clips was recorded during my placement matches, I still found myself floating around platinum 2 non the less, However the build defiantly does hold you back and I eventually swapped to the meta build to try hard abit :P

Also that fight required a lot f fading in and out due to the sheer amount of condi pressure they was putting out and the simple fact I was roaming with a thief, because thiefs jump in and out of fights a lot I have to do the same when I’m with them or i risk taking all the focus, something I wouldn’t have been able to do be 3 condition players with the minimal cleanse I had on!

ehem

It’s viable… I mean way he kites not damage …maybe weaver will change something.

Art of pushing far doesn’t require fighting on point nor capping far: you hold in one place at least two enemy players creating easier outnumbers for team on rest of the map. It’s no sense doing this standing on node casue it’s makes you much easier to focus down and eat more damage…You kite and disengage until it’s possible to do 1v1 machup in your favour, win then cap node. I do this all time with bunker druid and I will do it with weaver.

Was depressed ele…now depressed druid
