it focuses on survivability through good healing and lots of boons. its typically sued with increased boon duration to benefit from elemental attunement and zephyr’s auras
huh, I never imagined a D/D build without Earth
After you armor up you start to notice that you have a fairly high degree of toughness ( for a light armor class ) so Earth isn’t strictly needed. Plus other trait lines are more important to cover D/D’s weaknesses.
I doubt thereĀ“s THE build for it…well apart from the fotm wannabees who faithfully copycat anything you say is good.
Most d/d players just take the basic build of 30 arcana and water and start modifying it to their liking.
Personaly i run 0/10/10/30/20 aura sharing build.

I used to run a 0/20/0/30/20 build for the -20% cooldown in air but changed it for EA which helps a bit in survivability and also in dungeons when I run staff.
The -20% actually helps a fair bit in WvW if you’re into roaming or even zerging if you’re more prone to leading into the enemy zerg rather than poking from the sides.
For me EA is just too good to pass up even post-nerf, not to mention the extra boon duration from going 30 into Arcana.

For dungeon and PvE, you should consider a condition removing build at least, with bite. 30 water is good (condition removal or aura sharing), 10 arcane for attunement swap boons. The rest is up to you, really. Well, all is up to you :P
