In the template i write 6 runes of divinity , but i prefer use :
2 runes of earth
2 runes of water
2 runes of monk
because : 2 × 15% boon duration
+20 % protection duration

i get with thats while long fight :
30 sec protection -33% dammages recieved
45 sec fury +20%
1 minutes speed 33%
every time .

with specter 14 secondes vigor description but have a bug on phoenix , in really is 7 secondes .
and with combo fire i can stack 10 might ( 350 conditions + 350 power ) .

in tournement 5vs5 i use : soldier amulet and S/D ( for dispel 3 condition with pheonix and bester healing )
and normal 8vs8 pvp i use berserker amulet . and D/D ( for get a maximum points ) .

with this build is easy for kill war and thiefs .
but mesmer , rogue and tanky guardian ( tournement ) is difficult
