Whats wrong with his post? D/D ele duels tend to be epic affairs. Don’t spoil the moment.

I had an epic D/D duel a few days ago. Two D/D Elementalists fighting in a duel is simply the best anyone would ever ask for in terms of a visually impressive fight! I hope they do D/D ele only tournaments in the future with full spectate mode active, it would be boring watching other profs play, but not D/D eles

I had one the other day in spvp funny thing we were actually running different builds. At one point he got his churning off off after I popped 2 dodges and burned 2 cantrips I popped mist at the last second and he was like dude nice ended in a tie but it was great.

I love these kinds of fights! So far I’ve only managed to get one recorded with fraps. It wasn’t the greatest but here it is:

I love fighting fellow D/D elementalists. In spvp or wvw if its a pure 1v1 fight it will go on for a very long time. Its almost like a game of chest playing against another D/D because to be decent you have to know all the moves, combination of skills to get boons, the type of build your opponent is playing with. While you are looking for an opening they are also doing the same.

Fighting d/d eles is always great fun, the fight lasts a long time, almost indefinitely if there are no stuff ups

I can certainly agree that 1v1 DD ele duels are some of the best entertainment I’ve seen ingame.

And the person you dueled might have been a mate of mine in the guild. Not too sure, but he kept ranting about his drawn out duel against this “Frickin Ele.” (I don’t listen to him when he’s like that :P)

PS. anyone try and watch a duel between mesmers? Yea, by 12 seconds, you have no idea what’s going on.

lol, I was having a blast. When he finally defeated me I tried to run back to that spot hoping he’d still be there just so I could emote some kind of cheer or something at him.

Ha. : ) During this fight, at one point we both put up shocking aura at the same time. It was kind of funny: both hit each other at same time, both stunned, repeat until shocking aura wears off.
