How is it possible that when using these elites and when we get confusion stacked on we take 5-8x damage(ranging from a few hundred to a few thousand per second depending on the stack) ticks per second while we are not even dealing 5-8 times damage per second? ( this is with the tornado/whirlpool right on top the guy) Both these skills need some twiching to its passive cast ability or needs to be buffed. Its just too broken.

Ele elites are just garbage; if we got good elites the entire game would just end because everybody would be QQing about us. Granted, our strongest available specs are extremely strong in the current balance state.

Just allow everyone to slot regular utility skills into elite slots imo.

omg, i wish they would allow us that option to slot regular utility instead of elites. which technically is reasonable considering elites are suppose to be…more useful then any normal utility which is why they got twice or more of most utility cooldown.

Yea not much we can say right now, we are one of the strongest classes. I’ll bet for an expansion down the road they’ll be adding more.

I’ve seen tornado used effectively exactly once, (in wvw an ele cleared and entire wall of enemies it was cool, but doesn’t seem like a reliable strategy). I do think whirlpool (even with the nerf) is about right, if only the graphic was reliable for me.

Tornado is great when you run into Thieves. Nothing better for destroying a house.
