Hey guys,

Iam playing an d/d elementalist based on survivability and Crit. So i use a Vampire (life steal) sigle and an Energy ( 50% energy refill ons swap).

The vampire has 2 sec cooldown
the Energy has 9 seconds.

Do they interrupt ?
I go into battle wi 72-80 % crit based on my traits. That means it will constantly use the lifesteal every 2 seconds.
If i now swap the weapon and the vampire is in cooldown (2s), will i get the 50% energy?
If i successfully swaped the weapon with energy refill, will i get lifesteal on the next cirt ?

Hope you can help me out with that issue

Edit: Missed the Topic. That should be Vampire + Energy shared Cooldowns?

All sigils with a cooldown share the cooldown.

Maybe I am missing something? Care to explain? I’d honestly like to know. Does swapping items from your pack activate these sigils or something? I thought they only worked in combat.

Attunement swapping triggers it. This has been covered many, many times by now.

Attunement swapping enables weaponswap sigils. How can anyone not know this after 3 months?!

Um cuz’ not everyone in GW2 is playing Elementalist? Just cuz’ people read and are active here doesn’t mean they know anything about the proff. Besides, it took me a while after starting to play before I found out attunement swapping triggered it.

back to toppic ? Anyone got an answer for me

I have tested tones seems all active proc type of sigils share cool down. I think maybe it’s be design so people who duel wield wouldn’t have a huge advatage over people who use two hand weapons. So you are kind of forced to use 1 passive sigil 1 active one.

yeah seems like that. its not easy to test because of the smale cooldown of 2 sec on vampire.
so when i get energy i cant have my lifesteal for 10 seconds. =( thats hard.

Whats with the 5% crit sigle ? does that one work ? with the vampire

The 5% crit and 5% damage sigil works with active ones. I have yet to test the bloodlust sigil with active ones. I imaging it would work as well.

And how about the Might Proc Sigil ?

Does ist have an internal cooldown that is hidden/ not shown in the tooltip?

2s internal cooldown, as per the wiki
