I hear everyone talking about stacking X might, how does it work and where does it appear?

It’s a boon, so it’ll appear just over your skillbar. You can read about exactly what might does here on the wiki.

Eles have lots of ways to acquire might, in particular though skill combos … which if you’re playing ele (really any class, but ele has huge access to them) you should also read up on here.
