Viability of this build?
This build sucks for wvw AND pve.
For pve first where i’m not in “pros”:
if stuff is good, trait arent at all! Seryously, going 30earth for written in stone ? especially when playing only 2of them. Rework all your trait, because there is no way this could be effective. You have only 10arcana, which mean, you’re always waiting for your attunement to come back, which mean less dps.
For wvw:
full zerk …. no, it cant be viable. And same as above, only 10arcana, wich mean no vigor.
The best compromise for roaming/blobling/ and pveing is 0/15/10/15/30. Obviously switch your stuff for wvw

Personally i find having 10 in arcana is just fine, sure i cant get into attunements as fast, but its still fine for a rotation of elements.

There are such build:
30fire for pve heavy farming
30earth for condi spec (pve only)
also a version of fresh air involving 30arcana
You need at least need 20arcana until they change the mech class.
But the real problem with your build is taking 30 earth for WRITTEN IN STONE u_u

I think if you want to go with Written in Stone, you should go all out with signets, with perhaps saving one slot for another stunbreaker. But then you have to think about synergy. Signet of Earth + 30 earth is worth 480 toughness? That’s pretty nice, but what are you going to do with the immobilize? Will it fit your build? Are you going to burst? if so, signet of fire might be decent. And there’s always signet of air for roaming and stun breaking. And finally, is the signet of restoration the best for you?
I personally find signet of water to be underwhelming. You’re much better off finding alternative sources of condition removal
Something interesting to try is stacking all your toughness (signet of earth + 30 earth) with healing (putting 20-ish points in water) for some pretty good defense (and +10% damage while HP is above 90%). Then you could put 20 points in air for even more damage, or 10 of that for elemental attunement for even more defense (protection + regen) and, maybe, renewing stamina to make better use of earth’s 25th trait. You would be free to go with berserker gear in pve while still having plenty of defense, and maybe a mix of berserker and pvt in wvw to immobilize + burst down someone while still having nice defense.
Drop Arcana, drop 5 from Earth and add to Air.
Switch between cleansing flame and signet of air.

Actually there’s Renewed Vigor that you can get on Adept Arcana. Gives you Vigor everytime you crit and stacks duration (I think at least).
But yea you’re wasting that Earth Grandmaster skill if you’re not bringing more sigils. I’d recommend at least adding Signet of Air as its a stun breaker AND increases movement speed by 25%. Personally I would go with Arcane Shield, Signet of Air, and Signet of Water in the Utilities, but that’s just me.

Signets give you protection, fury and swiftness. Throw out the elemental glyph and take another signet, and spam them. Maybe boon duration runes to make the most out of them. I don’t do WvW but I assume this won’t work there. In PvE, eh, who cares, as long as you are having fun.
