Guild Wars 2

I was using 2/6 for each of these to get 30% boon duration, but I logged on today and it’s saying 4/6 on both sets of rune, as if I was just using 4 of the same type, is this intended?

The tooltips are confused. They count the runes on both your PvE and sPvP gear. (I am assuming you have 2xWater+2xMonk equipped on both sets)
