Water overload instantly useable?
The cleansing is pulsing multiple times over 5 seconds so it does work fine for that…the only difference is the burst heal doesn’t happen until the final pulse.
I think making it instant would be against what an overload actually is so I don’t think your idea works out.
But I agree with you that the overload water kinda stinks for a healing and cleansing in situations when you need it most simply because you’re much more vulnerable to being targetted and downed while casting the skill.
I think it should be a 2.5sec wait instead of 5 for water.
The Overload Water, on a Cele amulet, heals for ~500 per second. That’s the same amount with a Warrior after adrenaline heals, without the armor. During that 4s, you lock yourself out of dodge and other defensive skills.
We need higher base healing for Overload Water, and lower healing scale. The one who needs it the most is not Bunker Tempest, but Zerker Tempest. Increase base heal by 50% and reduce healing scale by 50%.
