It is weird, and nobody knows why the current 25 pt trait even exists.
Yeah, it should replace Arcane Precision, which IMO is not at all worthy of being a Grandmaster minor trait (I could be wrong though.)
That could free up the Water Grandmaster minor trait spot for a new and better trait (I can dream…)

Yea arcane precision is just a weird trait. Only a 10% chance if IF you crit, so it is more like a 3-10% chance of it happening.

Thematically and logically, this is 100% true. However, arcana is already the best trait-line for eles, so it’s unlikely to happen.
The 25-point line for water should be something like what “vital striking” currently is, or something that reduces the recharge of “aura” skills (which should specifically be a thing), or even “10% of your healing power is converted to power.”
