What are the ele builds with all the boons?
Arcane 10 for Elemental Attunement
Granting Fire Auras on Signet use
Gaining Fury/Swiftness for Auras
Possibly something else.
I think water and air have aura based boon traits.
It is probably the aura build with at least 10 in air, earth, water, and arcane. With 30 water you can also spread the auras and boons as long as they’re from spells and not combo fields or gear effects.

There’s also one that gives fury when you change attunements.
As for survivability theyve probably picked up evasive arcana, and the traits in water that drop cleansing wave on attune, and buff cleansing to remove conditions.
This gives them 3 heals every 10 seconds, 2 of which remove conditions. And then the larger heal with cond removal every 40 seconds.
As well as near constant regen (water attune) and protection (earth attune)
it’s a respectively tanky setup.
you want to use a staff and set up 2 fields and finishers to apply healing might and protection.
10 water for cantrip regen/vigor, 10 earth for armor of earth at 50% health. Use vapor form, teleport and cleansing fire. 10 in fire for 3 stack of might on cantrip. 10 in arcane for boon on attunement, glyph of heal for a boon depending on attunement.
Boon spamming eles? Surely you jest sir!
Here’s the build I have been using and I find in Spvp and pve it works great! Also in dungeons it provides excellent support and damage for the group i roll with. XD

I use a 10/10/10/20/20 aura and cantrip build
cantrips
10 fire grant 3 stacks of might
10 in water grant swiftness and regen
auras
10 air fury and swiftness
10 earth protection (armor of earth at 50% is also and option)
Other
10 water for faster cantrips faster, water spell cooldowns, or condition removal depending on the situation
20 in arcana for vigor on crits and buff based on attunments
With double daggers you have an aura in both water (water 4) and air (air 3) i put both of those as my auto attacks because I never sit in those attunments for long just swap in for some combos and out so the auras are always on CD.
you also have access to fire aura with us ring of fire (fire 4) and magentic grasp (earth 3) combos a fire aura on you.
also since you have 20 in arcana boons last longer
I run 2-3 cantrips depending on the the situation and what I need.
This will give you lots of boons and tons of mobility because with some crit you will have perma vigor. I also run with sigil that returns 50% of endurance on weapon swap if you jump attunments you can dodge SO much.
Lastly decide which boon is your favorite if it be protection, might, fury, or whatever and use a rune set that increases the duration of that boon if you really want to you can mix and match because many runes have the specific buff duration as the second set bonus
