What constitutes a channeled skill?
some skill are somehow considered as w/o channeling… you can see zeph focus and obsidian got their own icon when activated, on staff chek on meteor for example
For scepter, the channeled attacks are earth 1… Air 1. That’s it. Dagger offhand, earth 5.
Nothing on focus if I remember correctly and I think only staff fire 5 and maybe one or two water.
Asura Ele- Sir Im afraid youre short. Why is it always short jokes. No, youre short on the bill.

The focus traits aren’t exactly good indicators. Not too long ago, the air focus trait didn’t work with the earth auto and the earth focus didn’t work with the air auto. The bug was fixed I believe with the patch that improved tooltips.
Channeled skills usually have their effects start before the entire skill ends. Some of these will also home in and hit targets that stealth in the middle of the channel. If you cancel in the middle of the channel, they will go on full cooldown. Here’s a list
Ether renewal
Daggers:
fire2, water2, earth5 (cripples)
Scepter:
air1, earth1
staff:
fire5
The focus traits don’t work with conjures.
FGS 1
Ice bow 2
Missing some conjures but you get the idea.
A bit more info in the wiki
A channeled skill is one whose affect happens over it’s cast time – as opposed to normal skills whose affects happen at the resolution of its cast time.
This is pretty important as this is not what a channeled skill means in most games.

Bummer, yeah I’m used to a different definition.
Usually channeled skills are ones that require channeling, aka not instant.
Blasting staff really ruins things, but I guess that could be useful for a scepter bunker build.
I’d rather them give stability while channeling.
