Whats a decent condi build?

This is good stuff, but I should of mentioned I down have my elite spec yet, so I was hoping for build advice previous to that. And is the elite one the best one?
basically all the elite specs are overpowered, for just about anything you want to do

Awesome thank you, do you have any tips for self finishers? Im not use to having all of them, trying to find some combos I can learn easily from timing and etc. Also what about a dual fire/earth condi build could that work? Is sceptor/focus still best?

well you have 5 blast finishers with s/f and arcane
your main ones, in fire, dragon’s tooth and phoenix; then 1 in water, comet; and 2 in earth, magnetic wave and evasive arcana (aka dodge roll)
Also Hurl (earth 2 chain skill) is 5 projectile finishers, so it’s also good in a fire field.
The simplest thing is to just cast dragon’s tooth and then put a flamewall under it, and phoenix into it, and then dragon’s tooth again. 9 stacks of might and good damage.
If you want to get fancy, cast dragon’s tooth before dropping the flamewall, and then phoenix into the flamewall, dodge roll for some burn stacks, cast another dragon’s tooth, swap to water, comet, swap to earth, dodge roll into the field again for another blast, and use magnetic wave. 18 might. Then rock barrier/hurl and 2 autos and back to fire.
Also this is of course all assuming you’re in melee. If your target is at a distance, you aren’t in range of the combo’s AoE, so it’s all moot.
As for hybrid burn and bleed, ele is much better at burns than bleeds. I use bleeds just to fill in while fire is on cooldown. But if you really want to make bleeding a focus, take scepter/dagger and ice bow.

Thank you again for taking your time to make these builds, I greatly appreciate it, I imagine bleeds might be more useful for pvp or something, but atleast I can still use earth for filling up some of the condi dps.
I would add in more rabid piecec and substitute smoldering sigil for torment. I prefer torment + generosity for my condi focused ele mixing rabid, viper and cele pieces.
It has a weakness. Condi mesmers usually tear you appart. It can mitigate a condi burst but at least the third one wrecks you. A Condi bomb after you used the flame is deadly.
Here aether renewal is an option.
Secondoption is to use arcane surge and arcane skills instead of signets which is quite nice.
Just read its PvE only … So yes bathasar rune and bursting are right choices.. In PvE i always put glyph of storms on the toolbar.
earth sigil because burn duration is already capped. elemental might be better for solo PvE otherwise FSG is great.
