Off hand dagger should be the dmg tool for off hand its sustate is good enofe now. Things like updraft may need to have a stun brake or simply more collator over witch way its going to go (and that odd delay on it even though its an instant cast).
Scepter needs more dmg over all but it needs to be in the form on condi dmg adding things like torment and poison should be a thing for scepter ele.
I realty think staff needs a re-look at it should be the siege power wepon but its fallen behind a lot of classes. Air mostly needs a real dmg tool for staff. Air 2 is crazy hard to land and way too weak. It should be a ground target lighting strike that take a sec to go off and it should have no chanal of cast like ice 2 and earth 2. The gust or air 3 needs to be a cone target effect and air 4 needs to have a finners to it say wheeler. Air 5 is ok as is but i would not mind seeing it have more dmg make ppl feel it if they have stab up and its hard to land it in a burst because a person need to walk though it so the dmg on it needs to be a lot higher.
Arcain and glyph skills need to have a rework to fill there rolls. Arcain needs to be unblockable (need an elite arcain skill too) and glyph support effects need to be stronger and aoe (swiftness from air glyph use is silly it should be fury or even quickness if we are talking trait lines boons).

Change the cd on elemental weapons instead of give them more charges. 180s for fiery greatsword, our best escape, best damage (more than meteor in corners), does utilize look-behind attacks if you want to charge back at someone, and also the best application of condis from frost bow. Elemental weapons need work because they are the most thematic to the class overall.
Give offhand dagger 1 projectile hate and a block or atleast high enough damage reduction on frost aura. The moment u speck in power u simply get outdamaged by a lot of classes in melee range. U’d have to add sustain to all other non defensive traits that aren’t tempest, earth and water to make it a melee fighter. Like u cannot hope to fight and equally skilled mace burst warrior 1 v 1, it out dps’s, more hp, more armour double endure pain, death or alive.
I am starting to think ele auras from its wepon skill should be build in aoe and they need to changes powerful aura into something else. Aura are what ele should be about and for them to use them should have more effects build in. I would love to see the +100% soothing mist get used for once it sounds like the healing out put would be amassing and put ele back on viability in all formats of play (atm ele even falling out of support for wvw these days).
