Which should I choose between Sigil of Battle, Sigil of Intelligence or Sigil of Bloodlust? (is there any other?)

Looking for the most oomph

Sigil of Bloodlust will give you best damage boos from those three sigils, but only if you can fast build 25 stacks and keep them all the time.
Other sigils that are good to take: Sigil of Force (+5% damage increase on all skills), Sigil of Leeching (single target DPS increase and help with sustain).
