Really looking forward to being able to use a sword with ele/weaver, as I’m sure many others are too! So the big decision to make, which sword/sword skin do you think you’ll end up using to fit your weaver? I’m going to start looking at ideas and making a shortlist of ones to buy!

I always have multiple weapons on my characters anyway, but for my first one I’m probably going to use Breath of Jormag. I already have that skin on my Mesmer, but I’ll probably take it off him (he has too many sword skins anyway) and put it on my Ele instead.

Thinking of actually dusting off my HoM reward Fiery Dragon Sword skin

Bolt will suit the thematics well.

However, they need to make the projectile effect look better.

I got that elemental sword from the bl chest a few months back, I figure itll be pretty fitting for the whole dual elements thing.

The Shining Blade of course, coolest sword ever.

All nice picks! I wish I had the resources to go for Bolt or The Shining Blade, sadly I’m quite a way off of those. That Elemental Sword looks great! Hopefully it comes back around so I can get a chance to get that!

Wow! Your character with both of those swords is amazing!

Fiery swords are fine (both the flame and the ice ones, the latter you can get easy).
Personally, I’m going for The Shining Blade.

Firey Dragon Sword for me as well. I’ve wanted to put that on my charr elementalist ever since I created him at the launch of the game. I am so excited to finally get to do it.

Gonna go with the Shadow sword.

Shining Blade is on my list though. Got a lot of work to get it though.

I’m going to be boring and go with Keepsake Sword, despite clashing with the general look of Weaver I just really love that skin.

Well that or I’ll make Jormag’s Breath.

Changed my mind…Got the Elonian Cutlass skin from the preorder bonus because it’s so thematic.

The other option I’m considering is the Merciless Sword skin. Haven’t decided which one I like more…

As someone too lazy to grind bolt, fractal sword will always be my favorite.

Rolling S/D weaver

Fiery Dragon Sword…Bolt if I get ambitious…but the last time I got ambitious was when I got my first (and last) set of GW1 Fissure Armor for my ele, so not much chance of that happening again. :p

Until I can get my hand on the Warpblade for my ele. I think I will use the Shimmering sword.

I yearn for the day that weapons actually look practical, and not something that got lost on the squaresoft cutting room floor.

Those weaver gloves are screaming for a bolt/incinerator combo

I like the elegance of Bonetti’s Rapier. Fractal sword also looks fitting.

Bolt but possibly the weaver sword from the previews depending on if the blade changes with the elements.

Holosmith’s blade for sure.

With the coming of Weaver, I can finally give my ele the same weapon her namesake wielded in GW1 – the Elemental Sword. I’ll have to pick up one of the scroll skins for her focus.

Now if they’d just bring back my kitten obsidian armor….

I have anticipated the spec, and bought Jormag’s breath some years ago. Of course I have crafted my appearance accordingly over the years to perfectly match it.

1# Infinite Light
2# Warpblade
3# Jormag’s Breath
4# Elementa Sword

Going for bolt. Not sure about which dagger to combine it with tho. I just got Bolt, so don’t have the resources for Incinerator. Possible Fused Dagger, or Tempest Dagger.

Wow, you guys forgot about silly scimitar. Pretty much the only real option.
