Hello, I play elementalist from the first day this game come, and i discover that the key to play this class is, like everyone know, attunements rotation in the right time.

Lest see you are in a fight and then you see a rain o arrows or missiles so you switch to air and use focus 4, you has to be very fast.

Your team is losing hp fast and has conditions, you move to water and use staff 5 and 2.

Your enemy is a ranger and his hitting you very fast with arrows you move to earth a and use staff 4.

You are in pvp, you knockback your enemy and move to fire to do heavy and fast damage.

Now lest add overloads to this.

Your team is losing hp very fast, so you move to water and wait 5 long seconds to use the overlod, at this point or your team is dead or they already heal themselves and no need to use overload.

The enemy is concentrate in a small area (can be pvp or pve) you change to fire and wait for 5 seconds so you can use your short range overload, went the 5 seconds finish the enemies are not in that area anymore.

Overloads suppose to be incidental skills, skils that you has to use in the right moment, the only problem is that the right moment was 5 seconds ago.

That is what I though.

Thanks.

I agree, I was playing earlier and I am so used to my original timing where I go to stack my might and try to do earth while dodge rolling. Oops, it’s on C/D!! Imagine if I was trying to stop a stomp and wanted Earth 4 on dagger. Nope!

Getting bursted and you want water 4 on dagger or earth 5 on focus? sorry! you used those up so that you could do 500 damage. What a trade!
