In other, longer-than-45-character-words, are this trait’s effects cancelled while I am using a conjured weapon?

So far, I’ve had the most fun just cycling through the ice bow, lightning hammer and fiery greatsword and barely using my dual daggers. However, if Windborne Dagger (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Windborne_Dagger) doesn’t work with a conjured weapon, this would make me reconsider my whole build, since it is the only major master trait I could really use in the Arcane tree…which would mean I’d either spec differently or equip another weapon set.

Hmm, what about using Elemental Attunement + Renewing Stamina?
Windborne Dagger sucks in its current state, anyway…
