I haven’t made my elementalist but theorycrafting around, I was thinking this:

Would that work well at all?
The only other build that I’m interested for the elementalist is an aura share build.

no it wouldn’t work that well mainly because the majority of your condi damage comes from auto attacks. That means it requires you to be in earth attunement a lot to even do damage. I have heard of s/f condi builds being successful. not sure what the build is.

you don’t need diamond skin or cleansing water. if you’re scared of condition damage, you could pick up rock solid in earth so you can run ether renewal without worrying about interrupts. it will work, but it’s not as offensive as it could be. i would recommend putting 2 of those water points in arcana for elemental attunement, and change water IX with X. with s/f you can always go for stone heart, since you can safely stack bleeds with its autoattack, but really going 6 in earth isn’t necessary.

Try that not a great roaming build but kitten will it get some scary burns onto the field not to mention a few bleeds. dont be afraid to use fgs just for movement and its 2

broskibro’s blinding ashes build is the only one worth running.

switch out AoE for cleansing fire anytime against condi classes or use another signet against sword thieves (fire)
