Guild Wars 2

I am somewhat new to Ele WvW and looking for a meta build if one exists or preferred build for solo roam/small group. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Basically x/0/x/6/6 celestial gear sd or dd tripel cantrip. Main sigil is Sig of battle other up to you (energy, doom, hydromancy, intelligence all good choices. Few option for runes strength, hoelbrak, traveler, cheaper options would be Pirate or Fire.
