WvW - Staff Sieger + D/D Roamer. Possible?
This is what I run. Swap out weapons and your second arcana trait between VI and VIII. Otherwise, everything stays the same unless special situations arise. I have Knight’s and Soldier’s alternate sets for when we’re assaulting a keep with tons of ACs and being too glassy is suicide, but 90% of the time glass is the most useful to your team.
In air, you can also swap out either trait for IX so you have access to static field, ride the lightning and updraft more often.

I run 0/10/0/30/30 in the basic setup that daphoenix has in his D/D guide. Obviously while running staff you’ll want blasting staff instead of the on crit trait. In a zerg (and in general) arcane abatement may be useful as well.

This one has 2x Monk, 2x Water, 2 Earth set and runs 0/0/25/25/20.

I like the +% boon benefit, but debating if it’s worth sacrificing dmg
Ogre pros: 162 power, +4% dmg,,3% crit dmg
Cons: -30% boon duration, -25 tough, -50 healing
Any thoughts? What about the general build? I know 25 in Earth and Water is not “standard,” but other than the minor traits in both lines that provide +dmg, I don’t feel there are worthy skills in the main Grandmaster line to justify the sacrifice in dmg. Might be thinking about it the wrong way, so let me know.

i’m gone make a build just like yours. i think it will worke fine, some say u will suck but a ele makes profit out of everything, raw dps condition healing etc. so i think a build like this will work great
I like these builds because they balance well between staff and d/d, but I don’t know if spending 50+g on Divinity runes is worth the differences. Comparing these builds to the Ogre build the main difference is Ogre is +200ish power and Divinity is +200ish vitality. 19,000 HP is nice, but that’s starting to get into the “too tanky” range for me. Do you feel you’re getting enough dmg?
