WvW build small man
Most will say D/D clelestial. In WvW staffs is also fine and S/F(D) is strong.
I personally am fine with S/F. Good in 1:1 and i can stand a 1:2 at least for a while which is good when i am running with a friend´s D/D ele (or zerker ranger/thief).
So you decide the parameters you want. Should it be “Meta”, which range do you like, how much skill do you have for rotating four elements.
For meta all around romaing clelestial D/D elementalist normal Air/Water/Arcane.
For support, zerg, keep fighting it´s staff using fire as main element equipped for damage. I am a fan of mixing Knight armor + Soldiers/Captain trinkets and suitable power based staff (zerker, soldiers, valkyr). It still does good damage but survives much longer then a pure berserker build.
I love to construct strange surprise builds and avoid running meta. :-)
