i by twice adept training manual but when i click it i didnt get trait points
i am lvl 14
i by it in two variosu zones
any advice pls

First of all I don’t think that this belongs to Elementalist subforum.

You can sell one manual on the trading post and you should get part of the price back or leave it in your bank and save it for your second character.

Do you have used the Training manual by clicking on it twice in your inventory?

You get 1 trait point per lvl. Manuals only allow you to use them on the different sets of attunements.
That being said, verify you are buying the correct book.
