Hi! wondering what a good build and what weapons to use for pve and wvw mainly? im currently runnin SD and i plan to run 0/30/0/30/10 is this any good?

There are three fantastic stickies, from Anierna, DEKeyz, and Zelhyn, at the top. Those have all the builds you could possibly want for PvE.

Not sure, i’m rather new here but i think people said D/D and S/D are the best pve choices, with S/D being a bit more safe but less dps.

Staff has the highest DPS, then Lightning Hammer. Scepter+Dagger/Focus is the best for solo might stacking and best suited for a conjure LH build. D/F is an all-rounded attack/defense set for PvE. D/D has the best mobility and highly prized for roaming in WvW. However, D/D Auramancer/Evasive Arcana has the worst DPS in all of the mentioned DPS build.
