like the title says. will there be traits to shorten the cd. most weapons and uttilites have this in there trait line but i havent seen any for tempest stuff…. prouble beating the dead horse right now

Yes to shout recharge, on the temepstuous arias trait. No to warhorn CD, since we get those from the element traitlines, and combinging them would be absolutely broken.

That being said some warhorn skills in should have 5-10 seconds shaved off of their base cooldown times.

I have a feeling they are trying to keep cdr to the class only so war and gurds for shouts. Look at well on mez they do not get a cdr i do not think dragon hunter gets a cdr on traps its more of a sub class system and the sub class some with ability that are usable just not as well used as the first classes who had them. As for warhorn ability realty all wepon ability ele fall into atument type cdr they will never see cdr for a wepon type alone.
