do all the movement speed abilities stack?
it caps at 33% and you can get 70% speed buff with just the traits and signet alone, another 25% if you get certain runes.
i’d love to see an ele run at 90%+ normal speed, with swiftness. but then thieves wouldn’t like that because once again they would have to work for a ele kill instead of just looking at an ele and getting free loot.
Movement effects don’t stack at all. The highest value is used.

They stack in combat. In combat movement caps are changed. It’s a personal preference to some to stack some of these buffs and move close to regular speed whilst in combat. I personally don’t.

just wondering if it matters using signet of air with air tree’s ’zephry’s speed’ and ‘one with air’? will all of those stack and make me move 60% faster or whatever it is?

you have a 10% trait and a 25% signet? you move at +25% speed
dumb as hell if you ask me, but what can you do
btw, no, I’m not saying that they should just straight up stack. getting like +110% MS from stacking speed buffs would be a bit ridiculous. but if like, you take the highest and then, say, half of any additional buffs, that would be nice.
