ele signet/condition build
I use 20 Fire, 20 Earth, 30 Arcane.
Works well with Scepter or Staff.
Elemental Surge is great for getting extra Burning on things, or stacking Chill duration so you can kite easier.
Utilities I use are Arcane Power, Arcane Blast, and Whatever (usually Conjured Axe or Arcane Shield).
Carrion gear and Runes of the Elementalist, with a Sigil of Doom or Sigil of Corruption.
Edit: Just read the “signet” part. You could probably take 20 Fire, 30 Earth, 20 Arcane and use Sig of Fire + Whatever x2. I’ve tried that build and found it very dull and one-dimensional.

I have used and enjoyed s/d 20 fire/20 air/30 earth with signets granting fury/swiftness/protection wearing soldiers everything and boon duration runes. Signet of fire/earth/restoration and a stun break cantrip are usually what I go for unless zerging which air can be useful too. Its not as powerful as water/arcane bunker but its different.
Thanks, what about for pvp? what amulets?

I don’t think its viable but for amulets it should be Rabids and rune of the undead, just to go all-out on the condition damage.
You aren’t going to be killing anything anytime soon with ele conditions. We do have access to a good total # of conditions, but in pvp it is rare to land our skills that stack significant bleeds (churning earth, or staff 2), and we don’t have any poison. The poison sigil can help, but you will still be outstripped by engies and necros by far.
Also, if you really want to go for conditions, consider glyphs as the glyph of elemental harmony is very powerful.
Edit: Just to clarify, poison is VERY important for condition builds, especially when stacked under other conditions (so not the first removed) because of how much it decreases healing efficiency.

As for the lack of poison:
I am Asura and run a condition/hybrid build on my ele. But only in PvE/WvW, because there I have access to Poison and Confusion+Retaliation (Racials Skills: Radiation Field and Pain Inverter). So that could be a solution for those wanting to run a condition build.
