well its for humans actually, but since we dont have any useful incombat elite

the avatar transformation, the thing that transforms us into a tree

due to it beeing instant i tested yday the same bug as deathshroud stomping/rezzing

so its simple, u basically tap stomp+ ur elite at same time, resulting it in a safe stomp(if ur mistform ever is in cd), also works for rezzing

u can also use it when u r stunned and dont have any stunbreaks! for example, a mace/gs war, 4 s mace stun + 100 b sure can drop the more glassy eles, u can just pop avatar of melandru, ur toughness increases, resulting it doing waaay lower dmg (u got more vitality either)

Dont forget the aoe root and the waterfield!
