is there any healing that isn’t on a really long cool down to make it worth while? or is there something at higher levels that decreases the cool downs.

I’m a lev 40 that uses the staff. On rare occasions and only in long fight situatuons I switch to water to throw the two heals on my area after some boss mob hurts me but then immediately switch out as there is no sense in staying in water afterwards. In dual wield mode I don’t recall there being a quick heal skill either.

Dagger Main Hand’s Cone of Cold only has a 10 second cooldown though it’s healing is fairly low and the cone shape and short range can make it hard to heal with it. The scepter 3 skill, Water Trident is 20 seconds as is the Staff’s Geyser. Traits can decrease cooldowns by 20% but that only makes Water Trident and Geyser be 16 seconds and Cone of Cold only drops to 8.

Just keep water up as you do damage on mobs the people close to it get the aoe healing (i know its not that mutch but it can be a lifesaver).
