overloads slow and quickness
I dont get the impression that quickness makes them faster (does it?), however, slow does seem to make them slower.
Thats kind of unfair right?
Either make quickness not make them faster and slow not make them slower, or allow quickness to make them faster and slow to make them slower.
Quickness only make the channel faster, but it does not affect the pulses. The only benefit is that it is shorter to channel. Though, overall, the number of pulses will be reduced. So it might not be helpful.
With Slow, the number of pulses remains the same, at the same speed. The difference is that the animation will glitch at the end, delaying the ending effect of the overload. Slow has no effect if you do not plan to complete the overload.
3 years after launch, quickness (and therefore slow which is just anti-quickness) STILL bug out channeled effects like stomping and now the overloads.
Arenanet bugfixing. I can’t even.
