why does Flame Burst not turn back when i targeted a enemy but it on my back?

some taget skill like guardian : Chains of Light or Zealot’s Fire
even the enemy is on my back and i targeted it , as long as i ’m not moving
it will make me turn back when i use the skill

but it seems only Flame Burst not do that and i remember it not work after HoT not recently

so…is it a bug or just they patched it?

They patched it, but all i read in patch note is that you need a target to cast flame burst. I also noticed having more trouble than before in melee combat. Doesn’t work if you’re too close and don’t face your target properly.

The patch only says it requires a target not that it will stop working like almost every other skill in the same. Rev mace #2 also feels similarly broken but to a lesser degree, the aoe box doesn’t align the way you would expect based on your character’s positioning relative to the mob. At least it isn’t as broken as rev sword #3.
