From the cd reduction you mean? It had no place flavorwise (chronos do these things), was massively underpowered, REQUIRED team communication (ts) to be even somewhat useful and it reduced the cd of autoattacks.

Because it didn’t work (it was cancelled by the autoattack) and it was a bad implementation of a good GW1 elite anyway so it was easier to make a new elite than to fix it…

I think they should scrap the new one too and make a signet that recharges your attunements when activated and increase boon duration when passive.

Rebound should work like the Fractal Singularity that, if you would go down, instead:

  • You become Invulnerable for 2 seconds
  • Cleanse all conditions
  • Go to 25% HP
